Rosh Hashanah Seder via Zoom
Thursday, September 17, 2020 • 28 Elul 5780
7:00 PM - 8:00 PMZoom! One of the greatest under-appreciated traditions of Rosh Hashanah is the "simanim", a series of special foods that we eat on the first night of Rosh Hashanah that contain "punny" blessings for the new year. This Rosh Hashanah, no need to wait until Rosh Hashanah to take part! We are excited to invite you to our first ever Beth Israel Rosh Hashanah seder, taking place the night before Rosh Hashanah. We will be putting together bags of special foods to eat during this event, but also encourage you to come up with your own creative food-based punny blessings for the new year.
