This coming Shabbat, Parashat Lech Lecha, Congregation Beth Israel welcomes renowned journalist, author, and public commentator Melanie Phillips.

Melanie will address the Congregation twice:
During an intimate, Friday night Shabbat dinner in which she discusses being “Between Two World: A British Jew in Jerusalem.” And again Shabbat morning, “The Crisis of the West and the Attack on Jewish Values.”

Services begin at 6:00 pm with Mincha and Kabbalat Shabbat.
Dinner to immediately follow, approximately 7:00 pm.
