Join us for dinner with Rabbi Shlomo and Joanna Stauber!

Rabbi Shlomo Stauber was born in Israel into a family of educators and teachers. At an early age his family relocated to Rio de Janeiro, where his father served for nearly four decades as Chief Rabbi and to the synagogue that Rabbi Stauber has led for the past twelve years. In addition to serving on the pulpit as the Copacabana community rabbi and chazzan, Rabbi Stauber has an extensive background in administering Judaic studies programs and, in addition to smicha, holds an MBA.

With his wife Joanna Stauber, a native Floridian, they have four children. Joanna Stauber will also be joining Rabbi Stauber for this weekend; in addition to the Shabbat dinner, kiddush lunch, seudah shlishit, and other opportunities to connect, she will be hosting a women’s only session to connect with our congregants Sunday morning during minyan.
